Yes. Vice City is confirmed as the central region of GTA 6’s map, the state of Leonida.
Rockstar’s own description positions Vice City — its modern take on Miami — as the neon heart of Leonida: Art Deco beachfronts, a dense downtown skyline, nightlife, and waterfront wealth. Rockstar has called it the most detailed city it has ever built.
It’s one of six confirmed regions alongside the Leonida Keys, Grassrivers, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia, and Mount Kalaga — making GTA 6 a return to the Vice City setting last visited in 2002’s GTA Vice City and 2006’s Vice City Stories, now built at a scale those games never attempted.
