SERA is a government space research and exploration agency due to appear in Grand Theft Auto VI. Its only traces so far come from the September 2022 leaks, where a debug event list referenced debris from a failed SERA rocket launch and a SERA minivan, hinting that Leonida may host a space center. The agency appears to be Rockstar's parody of NASA.
