Jack Howitzer is a longtime series media personality and washed-up action star who is associated with Grand Theft Auto VI. He claims a filmography of more than 40 movies predating a prison sentence, with his signature role being the war hero of the 1980s action film Evacuator and its sequel Exploder: Evacuator Part II. His screen career, which began with 1984's Loincloth, had largely collapsed by the end of the 1980s.
